In my senior year at American University I took Pallavi Kumar’s Public Relations portfolio class. Throughout the semester we split up into groups worked with Sony Electronics to develop a PR campaigns for their new XB40 Speakers and Noise-Cancelling headphones. My group, Allegro PR, worked on developing a full-scale Public Relations campaign for the roll-out of the Sony XB40 speakers.
At the end of the semester we pitched our campaign to the head of marketing for Sony Electronics, complete with a written plan, a video, storyboards, and part of a summer party guide.
